When Burgerville came to us, we weren’t surprised to hear that they were in danger of being smoked out by the competitors’ price wars. In a world of fast food giants and dollar menus, Burgerville was feeling the heat. And when you can’t stand the heat, you call in R/West.

We asked ourselves what we’d want from a fast food joint. Local distributors? Done. High-quality food? Done. Beer? Done. And we didn’t stop there. We gave the kids’ meal some Northwest flair, and repositioned Burgerville as a more upscale dining destination – Where you go when you know.

So chew on that, fast food giants. We know it’s better than what you’re used to.
